E$-$Mail Project

Sandy Clements, the Manager of Public Relations at Uptown Appliances, has asked you to help her with a special project. She recently reviewed the outgoing emails of $100$ Uptown employees, and she is unhappy with what she read.

Many of the emails had spelling and$/$or grammar errors. Some were too informal, verging on inappropriate and other were completely unprofessional. Ms$.$ Falkins has heard from Mr$.$ Wilson that your email skills are awesome, so you$$ve been chosen for this project!

Ms$.$ Falkins would like you to design a one$-$page poster which explains how to create a professional email. She$$s open to your design ideas, but she$$d like you to include the important elements of a professional email $($include at least $5)$ and any other helpful tips you can think of$.$

Ms$.$ Falkins plans on emailing the poster to every Uptown employee and posting it to the intranet site, so be sure to make the poster professional looking and include some graphics.
