Student A goes straight home and writes a letter to Professor Balkaran, with intent to sue based on a basis of breach contract. He posts the letter immediately and Professor Balkaran receives it on Thursday morning but replies by return saying "You are too late. I have sold the car to someone else." Please advise Student A on his legal remedies.
