Each general partner in a general partnership is fully

liable to

third parties for any debt incurred by the partnership, any liability incurred as the

result of the operation of the partnership business, including actions taken by

any partner in the course of the partnership business and

liability the business may incur as the result of acts of employees during the

course and scope of their employment.
