Identify the cause of the challenge, and indicate whether this challenge will occur in other organizations; why and why not. Develop solutions to the identified HRM challenge of the two different companies. The report must cover HRM concepts related to the organization, challenges, solutions, etc. Each Group Project Report should include (but is not limited to) the following: - Company name - Company Overview - Company Vision and Mission Statement - Target Market Formatting of Term Project Report The Project report should be typed as a Microsoft Word document, pages long in APA writing format (the number of pages does not include the cover page and reference page).
