Since we, as taxpayers, are funding the prescription drug's clinical trials, it is only just that we too profit from the drug's affordability. In addition, it is critical that everyone, regardless of financial circumstances, have access to vital drugs.

The legal consequences of determining a prescription drug's pricing must also be taken into account. A drug's affordability may prevent people who urgently require it from getting it. The US government may help with ensuring that everyone can get to thevital drugs by guaranteeing that the cost of a drug is reasonable.

One-third reported that prescription drug costs were a significant or extremely significant financial burden on their households" This is very unfortunate, we as buyers have no other option rather than to purchase these at the price the sellers are throwing at us. I believe that this puts the vendor under ethical pressure to refrain from taking unfair advantages of individuals who are unable to decline its offer.
