Each student will create a marketing brochure for your organization. This could be for internal or external use. For either use, develop a comprehensive school$-$community relations $$game plan$$ noting essential information for that particular audience. For internal use, the purpose is to assist internal publics with having information at their fingertips from which to draw from when faced with a PR event. Include brief policy statements, steps to take in a crisis, etc.; essential names, numbers, and contact information $($administrators$,$ PR director, new media contact, etc.$).$ For external use, the purpose is a marketing game plan to provide external publics with information at their fingertips of the highlights of your school$/$community$.$ Include any selling points; contact information; other sources where they can find additional school information. Be creative!
