For your academic discussion on leadership, you will consult academic literature published in peer-reviewed, legitimate journals (e.g. Journal of Organizational Behavior, Academy of Management Review, Human Resource Management, Journal of Occupational Psychology, Employee Relations, Journal of Business Ethics, etc.)
When submit your paper, your article should contain:
Subheadings (Introduction, Discussion Leadership, Personal Reflection, Conclusion, References)
In the introduction, you identify the purpose of your paper
In the section on Discussion on Leadership, you summarize what academic literature says on this topic.
In the section on personal reflection, you provide your own opinion on this issue.
In the conclusion part, you summarize the main points of your paper.
In your References section, you have to all the literature you cited in your paper. The references MUST be in APA format.
