Each year The Institute For Diversity And Ethics In Sport (TIDES) produces "Racial and Gender Report Cards" (RGRC) for the major professional sport leagues as well as college athletics.

1. Summarize the report for the NFL, focusing on the current environment in the sport for minorities, persons of color, women and so forth. What are some key findings of the report, with emphasis on areas of change, in either positive or negative directions.

2. identify and raise up at least two (2) areas in which you believe your assigned sport has made 'significant progress' and explain what that progress consists of and why it's important. Conversely, identify one (1) in which the assigned sport HAS NOT made progress (or has slipped back from previous progress) and explain the area and what the impact is/may be, for the sport as a result of their step back.

3. How could one of the area of weakness could be improved by the NFL?
