Bhd.'s sales from March to September 2019 are tabulated below: Month March April May June July August September October Sales (RM) 450,000 250,000 300,000 550,000 300,000 340,000 270,000 350,000 U.com i) 40 percent of the firm's monthly sales are on cash whilst the remaining sales are on credit, which are collected equally in the two subsequent months of sales. ii) Purchases of raw materials for monthly sales are made one month prior to sales and it amounts to 60 percent of the monthly sales. 40 percent of the purchases is paid in the month of purchase and the balance is paid equally in two months following the purchases. iii) Salaries of the workers is 10 percent of the sales. The firm pays cash bonuses to its workers for RM20,000 in June. iv) The firm pays rental expenses of RM20,000 monthly and receives RM10,000 dividend from its marketable securities in August. v) The firm needs to pay financing cost RM10,000 in July and other miscellaneous expenses amount to RM6,500 to be paid every month. vi) Fully depreciated chines are to be replaced in August and its cost is expected to be RM115,000. vii) The firm's cash balance at end of June is RM65,000 and it maintains RM16,000 minimum cash monthly. You are required to prepare the cash budget of ECOBAYU Sdn. Bhd. for the third quarter of 2019 based on the financial information given above. (20 marks)
