Economic factors impacting the industry after the Redfin IPO?

( some of the factors are these but I need much more; I think that factors that impacted the industry after the IPO are, recessionary conditions which made the houses be sold at 1 % not like before. Increased rates in different areas as in interest, unemployment, exchange for the U.S dollar, etc. The strength of financial institutions was another factor and the low of the customer's confidence in the agencies.)
