More and more young generation and enthusiast participates in off-road racing. In off-road
racing, races often take place in the desert, where various classes of specially modified vehicles,
including cars, compete in races through off-road environments. Famous here in Jordan was the
4 x 4 championship race held last Feb. 20, 2020, in an area overlooking the dead sea. There were
forty (40) teams participated in this event sponsored by BF Goodrich, this includes teams from
Lebanon, Palestine and of course Jordan.
Upcoming event is a "4 x 2 wheel drive off-road" car racing category being organized for 2022
winter break where LTUC aims to participate. The search is on for graduates and students to form
a team composed of young, skilled and talented individuals to participate in the search and
make a name in off-road racing. Motivated by the excitement, prestige and rewards of off-road
racing, you decided to participate and join the selection process prescribed and organized.
