Edward entered into a contract with Uranus Pte. Ltd. ("Uranus") whereby Edward would provide consultancy services to Uranus at an agreed fee. However, despite the consultancy services being rendered by Edward, Uranus has refused to make payment saying that the consultancy services had not been properly rendered. The fees amounted to S$90,000. Edward would like to claim the sum of S$90,000 and engages your law firm to act for him.
