The countries along the nile basin must engage in a conversation about these construction projects. I do think that a task force would be useful in these situations because it is quite challenging for international affairs to come to an agreement. I do not, however, feel that it is right to allow countries to build unrestricted. In the case of Ethiopia and Egypt, Ethiopia must have some restrictions, otherwise Egypt would suffer some major consequences as they are at the end of the river stream
