The resolution of influence and power dynamics in an organization is vital in achieving strategic objectives. One is that it fosters effective leadership in the organization. Cohesive leadership is key in helping an organization achieve its strategic objectives. It entails having leaders who understand and can manage power dynamics (Grzinger et al., 2022). Power and influence play a role in how organizations operate and can significantly affect their performance and strategic achievements (Wynn et al., 2021).
