A leader must demonstrate consistency and commitment in any course. The result of a lack of self-discipline is usually failure. For example, a leader may start a new project in an organization and invite the junior employees to embrace it. However, if the vision-bearer begins to lag in accomplishing their tasks, other workers will have no source of motivation.
