The tenants Sue and Ray Willis have completed the RTA Form 13 and given the required notice.

You need to email Peter Smith (the landlord) and inform him that the tenants will be vacating the property at the end of the tenancy on Friday 23 May 20XX.

Your email should also outline any services that you will provide to the landlord so that the property is relet at current market rent and remains vacant for the minimum amount of time.
