I Think Mr. Salem focus only in one side of the problems, that stop the unknown email for resaving until approved, that good form security side but this situation can make more headache, by this way you have to monitor your email and keep approving all email.
Mr. Alain says it is good to I'm a fan of getting rid of anonymity if that's the price of security and I think he is wrong because this is will not give 100% security while its giving more work on email.
