The purpose of the personal reflection is to help you gain insights about what you have learned as you applied systems-thinking to the process of creating value for the organization and its stakeholders. 2. What Have You Learned? There are two learning opportunities to consider. What have you learned in general about organizational systems? Think about what you learned by using the IP Framework to analyze and understand how systems are integrated with each other and with strategy. Do not summarize specific findings, as these are detailed in your report, but you may discuss any examples that might be provided from your own organization to assist your client or lessons learned from your client that might apply to your own organization
