Emergency Signal Modify the original design of our traffic light to have an Emergency State. When a signal e is received (e = 1), the traffic light will go to an emergency state, choose a RR state or display, and will stay in that state until the signal returns to e=0. You may do this any way you choose, either by adding a new input to the original state diagram and transition table, or my modifying the Control Unit or Display Unit in some way. You do not have to draw the entire Controller, but you should clearly describe the changes you are making, how they will be implemented, and why you chose to do what you did. There is no one answer - there are many ways to do this - and I will grade your response on 1. If it would work correctly, and 2. Your justification for your method
