Emilia and Sophia are both accruing supervised experience hours toward acquiring eligibility to sit for the BCBA exam. While Emilia and her supervisor are diligent about meeting consistently and tracking Emilia's experience, Sophia and her supervisor meet on an inconsistent basis and do not have a formal system for maintaining their records. Emilia and Sophia would like to submit their experience verification forms to the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) to take the exam. Emilia's forms are prepared and verified; however, Sophia has to go back through all her forms to finish preparing the ones that are missing and still need to be signed by her supervisor. Sophia has asked Emilia to help her complete her forms based on what Sophia recalls of her experiences
