Empirical Probability measures the probability based on experience and past observations.

Theoretical probability is based on reasoning and mathematics.

An example of empirical probability would be if every 9 out of 10 ordered white bread instead of wheat bread at a sandwich shop. That would mean 1 of every 10 people would get wheat bread. So the probability every day for every 100 people would be 90 people order white bread. Then, 10 people would order wheat bread.

This is the empirical probability because my example uses past experiences to predict how many white and wheat bread we will be using that day.

. Is there a way to change their scenario to make it a theoretical probability situation? Explain your answer.
