Employee Engagement is a recent managememt phenomenon. The premise is that it is magnetic rather than a coerced approach to convincing people to want to do what is necessary to support a competitive advantage for the company. Research has identified the top eight employee management drivers of employee engagement, and organizational structures and management practices that enhance the level of employee engagement in organizations. There is also research that illustrates the positive financial impact of postive employee engagement.

Students are to consider the level of employee engagement at their workplaces.
