Employee recognition and reward is a big part of employee retention and job satisfaction, and I agree, companies should be doing both on a regular basis to ensure employees know they are valued and appreciated. When looking at a company like Banner Health, what would you suggest they add to their website to show how they reward/recognize employees? The hospital I worked for has a Heart and Soul award they award on a regular basis, and they share the employee on social media and the hospital website...are you thinking something like this, or something else? What are your thoughts please?
