Employees must be Paid During Training unless which of the following four requirements are met:

A: Attendance is outside of the employee$$s regular working hours.

B: Attendance is voluntary.

C: The training is not directly related to the employee$$s current job title.

D: The employee does not perform any productive work during attendance at the training.
