Hassan was appointed as Senior Manager in Syarikat Gira Sdn Bhd. (SGSB). A week ago, 20 workers from SGSB had launched a picket. SGSB has investigated this matter and found that Hassan was in charge of the picket that was done during the recess hour with SGSB's workers carrying banner around the working area. They opposed the decision of SGSB to terminate few workers in SGSB without reasonable grounds. They also claimed that SGSB failed to discuss the matter with the trade union. SGSB refused to pay the salary of Hassan and the workers who were involved in the said picket.

Based on the above situation, advise Hassan and SGSB according to the relevant legal provisions with ONE (1) decided case.Refer to EMPLOYMENT ACT 1955 and Industrial Relations Act 1967.
