Additionally, the complexity of regulations may pose challenges for small businesses, highlighting a need for simplification without compromising safety standards. Moreover, a shift towards a more proactive approach, emphasizing education and consultation alongside enforcement, could further enhance OSHA's effectiveness.

Despite these challenges, OSHA excels in setting standards, enforcing regulations, and providing training and outreach programs to raise awareness and promote compliance with safety measures. These efforts have undoubtedly contributed to safer working conditions for many employees across various industries.
