Sports-focused retailers such as Sportive, SPX, and Decathlon are seen as target channels. How would you design research for understanding the customer needs for this product?

Consider that you have collected the below customer statements from your research.

The sportswear should fit very well. I'd like it to be good-looking. I prefer the tight to be lightweight. Sportswear should be attractive. I should be able to wash it when it gets dirty. The tight should resist sweat and mud. It will be good to keep me warm enough but The sportswear should be cleaned easily. should not make me sweat. The sportswear needs to be sturdy. I should be able to recharge it easily. It should last at least two years. The battery should be easily detachable. The sportswear needs to give clear signals forThe sportswear needs to last. heart rates. When I strain myself too much it needs to Sportswear should have a clear warning warn me. about the correct type of training.

Concept 1. Smart sportswear- embedded circuitry and sensors for body heat heart rate, and GPS. the circuitry is isolated IPX6 embedded flexible OLEDs for signaling- ie. Red color for overheating purple for higher heart rates, integrated programming interface via the small screen bluetooth connection to smart devices for sending/dumping data rechargeable and detachable battery (3 gr) which lasts at least a month washable, tight textile flexible, durable.

Concept 2. Wearable watch. Integrated sensors for heart rate, and GPS. Wi-fi and bluetooth connected, time keeping, and chronometer functions. Alarms. Isolated IPX7.

Concept 3. Smart body suit. Integrated sensors and circuitry for GPS, and heart rate. Connects with smartphones thru Bluetooth. Has dedicated applications in Google Play and IOS. The application interface can show distance traveled, burnt calories, speed, and heart rate as well as track customized training/exercise performance. Battery detachable. IPX3 isolated, sensitive washing.

Concept 4 (Reference). Arm connector for a smartphone. Easily connects to the arm. Fits most of smartphones. Isolates the phone from rain and mud (IPX3).
