My thesis: Society continuously shames women for what they wear and how they express themselves. Women should not be judged for their clothing. The shaming of women wearing what they want stems from the over sexualization of women portrayed in media. Clothes are used as a scape goat for people to victim blame victims of sexual assault. In the growing movement on media women bring up their concern to go out and freely wear certain clothes in public. 2) Opposition: On the other hand, some people feel that women should dress respectable in society. Women should be modest as it allows them to learn their self worth and keep their dignity.
