Locate the case, O’Conner v. Ortega, in which Magno Ortega is the plaintiff against the executive director of the hospital where Ortega was employed.

The case involved management’s methods used in an investigation on Ortega’s acquisition of a computer and sexual harassment and is an illustration of one of the problems that can occur when management seeks evidence for disciplinary action.
