Enhancing Aircraft Maintenance Technician Safety The environment of aircraft maintenance is undergoing a number of changes, some of which are related to human aspects and safety, while others pertain to the training of technicians on new and creative technologies. In the aviation sector, Licensed Aircraft Engineers (LAEs) as well as technicians and mechanics play a significant role.
