Enumerate (and describe in some detail) all of the various costs associated with homeownership (i.e. with not only the initial purchase of the home, but with the on-going ownership of the home and the ultimate sale of the property at some point in the future). Bucket these costs into onetime/transactional costs and/or on-going/reoccurring/annual expenses/costs.
