All many to many relationships should have two ER diagrams.

All Foreign keys should be clearly marked All diagrams should be clearly drawn.

The number of tables needed should be clearly specified. All ER diagrams (except superclass/subclass) should have four accompanying statements of maximum and minimum cardinality.
