A client can contract many projects , but one client contracts each projec A project may have many employees assigned to it and each employee may be assigned to many projects Some employees are not assigned to any project . One employee leads each project . An employee may lead more than one project at a time . One employee coordinat es each project and may coordinate more than one project at a time Some employees never lead or coordinate projects Many of the employees have multiple job skills Each job skill can fit many employees All work done by the employees for any project is charged to that project , using an hourly charge based on the job skill applied by the employee to that project . Each charge must be documented by date , employee id job skill hourly rate for that job skill , the number of hours and the total charge for that work
