Erica is the head chef in a restaurant and she is responsible for directing and supervising all kitchen staff on their daily job test. Lately Erica has begun to leave the kitchen to go out on the restaurant floor and direct the weight staff on how to interact with customers. The restaurant staff have begun complaining to the owner about Erica overstepping her authority.
