You will also be required to contribute to development of compliant assessment processes for learning and development. Develop at least two processes to implement the learning and development strategy designed in Workplace Protest Task 6 for the identified work area, using logical processes and an intuitive understanding of organisational context, including: o Allocation process. The allocation process must include at least two procedures, including. At least one set of procedures for allocation of resources. At least one set of procedures for allocation of staff. o Management process. The management process must include at least two procedures, including: At least one set of procedures for management of resources. At least one set of procedures for management of staff. Contribute to development of at least two assessment processes for organisational learning and development, ensuring compliance with organisational requirements listed in the learning and development strategic plan in Workplace Project Task 4.
