List the behaviours you expect from your project managers listed above. Consider behaviours that motivate program stakeholders, align with organisational policies and procedures, drive program outcomes, demonstrate ethical principles, develop and support personnel within the program environment, etc. E.g. getting to work on time, completing regular risk assessments, preparing and distributing an agenda prior to each meeting, logging all costs as they occur, etc.	List the purpose of those behaviours. Why is this behaviour important? What will it achieve? E.g. By getting to work on time, team members are urged to also get to work on time, and it allows the project manager to take action if staff members don't get to work on time. Also, this will keep program labour costs down.
