favorite jokes, photographs, JPEG printouts, birthday cards, love letters, poems, or anything else

that brings a smile to your face. Keep the tickler notebook on hand, so if you are having a bad

day, you can pull it out to help you regain some emotional balance. And, if you ever find yourself

in the hospital for whatever reason, be sure to bring it along so that you can at least get your
