Ethan makes an online order of an unassembled patio table from Shangri La Furniture Company

(SL). SL confirms the order and ships to Ethan the unassembled table that Ethan ordered. Before

accepting the table, Ethan opens the carton in which the table was shipped. Ethan discovers on

inspection that there is an extra unusable screw hole on the underside of the table. The screw

hole is not visible once the table is assembled. Ethan assembles the table and decides that he

does not want it because it is larger than he had thought it would be. He mistakenly
