for one month at a time and has done since January 2021. However, contracts were made
late and bad and usually afterwards. In March 2022,sleifur had not made any agreement with Eva
since November 2021, but Eva nevertheless continued to work for the company. That
On March 2, Eva announced her illness and submitted a certificate of incapacity for work to
sleifs.sleifur reacted badly and said that she should or is not working,
her temporary contract from February would not have been renewed. Eve
had been paid a fixed monthly salary in the amount of ISK. 500,000 per month but had
also received evening and weekend bonuses on top of salary totaling ISK. 30,000/- each
months since August 2021.sleifur has refused to pay her a krna more than the settlement
on salary in February and Eva is very unhappy with this as she thought she had a salary,
sick leave and leave.
