evaluate email: Good evening, All, I visited Kratos's new building (which used to be Prescient Co) yesterday and met up with the owner, Tom Huseas, and JC McCoy, the project manager handling our account. My visit to Kratos was to find out the constraints preventing Kratos from delivering our parts, and we discussed how to help them help us. Kratos's bottleneck issues are in the Fabrication and Quality Inspection departments. Solution: They are implementing a Kanban/Supermarket for all SMPs, with a target of completion by the end of April. They have also upgraded their laser inspection machine to help measure SMP parts. I will provide them weekly Open PO Reports at the top of our weekly priority list to help them stay focused. Kratos also requested a forecast from us, and I will work with Hector on providing that to them
