Evaluate the following program for its likelihood to be successful. . New Beginnings treats people with a dependency or an addiction to alcohol and/or drugs. New Beginnings welcomes everyone, regardless of an ability to pay, because it has been able to secure a significant amount of money through successful crowd-funding campaigns. Everyone is treated equally, with equal access to group meetings. The focus of group meetings is to convince people that they are in a safe place where they can talk about their desire to put drug and alcohol use behind them. Group facilitators manage the sessions to ensure that everyone is able to share. In addition to the sharing time, group facilitators teach three main modules: "Gainful Employment" which covers how to build a resume, seek out job training, and pursue a career that will be financially stable; "The Art of Saying No" which covers the reasons why people should learn to say no to offers of drugs and alcohol, as well as propositions to engage in other risky behaviors; and "Discover My Needs" which helps people figure out what personal needs they have and how to get those needs met in a positive way
