NW: End of the project Controlling The following questions have to be answered to establish successful reporting: 1. Who is responsible for compiling reports? 2. To what level of detail/summarization level should the data be recorded? 3. What type of calculations must be made? Should comparisons be included and what data should be compared? What reporting cycle should be used? What type of (software) assistance is needed? . What is the purpose of the report (documentation, analysis, evaluation}
