A tract of land was purchased for $22,000. 2. Bonds payable in the amount of $40,000 were retired at par. 3. An additional$20,000 ordinary shares were issued at par. 4. Dividends totaling $18,750 were paid to shareholders. 5. Net income was $60,500 after deducting depreciation of $27,000. 6. Land was purchased through issuance of bonds $45,000. 7. Ever Green Inc. sold part of its investment portfolio for $25,750. This transaction resulted in a gain of $4,000. The company classified them as non-trading equity investments. 8.
