Every company hierarchical structure is comprised of its many stakeholders: Management, Customers, Suppliers, Financiers, Government and the Community. All of the stakeholders are governed by certain Code of Ethics that help to effectively guide the organization. Using any one of our Jamaican Companies , presumably the management of the company made some decisions that has had some workers feeling that their rights were infringed upon and hence, there has been a dilemma at the company .(This was recently in The News during COVID-9 and possibly not yet resolved )

E. Of the four major types of Ethics, which one do you believe is practiced by this company? Justify your answer.

F. Outline the steps that should be taken in a Company to address an "Ethical Dilemma".

G. Identify One Ethical Dilemma that occurred in this company, and discuss fully how it was resolved.
