Every job has it's own way to orient and train new employees.Based on personal experience,identify the following:

1.The best method in which you've received orientation and training.

2.What recommendations would you have added or removed from that training?

3.If you were the preceptor orienting this new employee, would you request more or less time for orientation and training?

4.If there are other methods of training you would implement or include in the training process you are describing, what methods would those be?(webinars, video, etc...)

5. How much time do you think is adequate for training a new employee?
