Everyone makes "boneheaded mistakes." These are times when our System 1 or System 2 thinking fails. For your first posting, please share an example of a real-life boneheaded mistake. This could be your own or something you witnessed. Explain what happened and whether it was a failure of System 1 or System 2 thinking.
