Examine issues related to women in the workplace. Two areas that can be explored are: the glass ceiling and differing experiences of women, depending on when they entered the workforce. Additionally, you can study differences between women in nontraditional jobs (labor, military, executive management, or other male-dominated professions) and women in traditional women's work (teaching, social work, hairstyling, and related areas).
