Excel file PurchasingPower2008-2014.xlsx is an expanded dataset of purchasing power of 50 states in the US and District of Columbia. Compared to the version we discussed during lecture, this dataset includes two additional fields: Type = All Items, Goods, Rents, or Other Services Year = 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, or 2014 (a) Figure Q1a shows both the ordinary and cumulative histograms (with bin size 1) of purchasing power for 50 states in the US and District of Columbia in 2014. Purchasing power for four different types are presented separately. Create a worksheet (name it Part_a) that looks exact the same as Figure Q1a. Please pay attention to all the features in the figure including the layout, the legend, the labels, etc
