Exercise 3.2 Group Charter In groups of four (4), two persons shall be charterers (group requesting the charter) and two persons shall be charter broker (person brokering for owner of the plane). Charterers will decide what they are arranging a charter for (cargo) and will call upon the broker to make arrangements for the selection of aircraft. Charterers will create a list of what they feel would be the most appropriate information to have for the cargo. Brokers will decide upon what relevant information they require from the charterer in order to complete the booking. Take 5 minutes to fill out the information and questions on the respective sides based on which party you are and then proceed to discuss with the opposite group to set up an air charter.
