Exercise 5B:

ITERATION VS. FLOW-BASED AGILE

In agile projects, incremental delivery uncovers hidden or misunderstood requirements. Two possible ways of delivering incrementally can be adapted: iteration-based agile and flow-based agile.

Requirement:

1. Research the difference between the two methods.

2. Provide an example of two real or hypothetical projects to clearly explain the difference between the two methods to deliver incrementally. (The examples should illustrate how the requirements/features are prioritized, completed, and delivered under each method.)
